If your robot vacuum cleaner will not charge, check the following:
- Ensure the robot vacuum cleaner is powered on.
- Ensure the robot vacuum cleaner is seated correctly on the charging terminal.
If your robot vacuum cleaner does not work, check the following:
- Ensure the robot vacuum cleaner is powered on.
- The charge level on the battery may be low, charge the robot vacuum cleaner.
NOTE: Resetting the M7 Pro Robot Cleaner to factory settings will erase all settings, as well as any saved maps or wi-fi network connections.
To factory reset the robot vacuum cleaner, carry out the following:
- Open the SmartHome app.
- Tap the M7 Pro Robot Cleaner.
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Tap Robot Settings.
- Tap Reset to Factory Settings.
- Tap OK to reset the M7 Pro Robot Cleaner deleting all information and settings.
To manually reset the robot vacuum cleaner, carry out the following:
- Lift the lid of the robot vacuum cleaner.
- Locate the reset hole.
- Insert a SIM removal tool or similar into the reset hole and press the reset button.
- Press and hold for up to 10 seconds and until all the lights go out.
- Release the reset button.
- The robot vacuum cleaner will reboot and reconnect to your network.
You will need to set up the robot vacuum cleaner before using it again.
